Most 1:1 Executive Coaching engagements run 6–12 months, with bi-weekly sessions. The three-phase D³ structure provides natural milestones: Discover typically takes 4–6 weeks, Determine runs 6–8 weeks, and Deploy extends through the remainder of the engagement with ongoing accountability.
