Coaching Philosophy
Leadership is a one-to-many relationship. This level of responsibility, particularly for new leaders, require competencies such as learning the best way to lead a team, motivating team members or balancing expectations from the team and superiors. If these competencies are not developed and cultivated, it can often minimize the leader’s growth and leadership potential.
At the Penn-Jones Group, our leadership coaching provides the framework to develop and cultivate competencies for effective leadership.
We take a collaborative and customized approach to leadership coaching. Working closely with our client on alignment, to ensure that all parties share the same or similar vision and that the engagement is customized to meet your needs.
We develop an on-going partnership through, trust, honesty, caring and credibility, creating a safe but engaging relationship that is essential to the coaching process.
We identify and build on a leader’s existing strengths while developing new strengths and competencies to enhance the leader’s capacity, effectiveness and productivity.
We work closely with our client to construct a development plan that is manageable and captures the goals as outlined at the onset.
We are committed to excellence in professional coaching through the adherence to the International Coaching Federation’s professional code of ethics and standards. We uphold the highest standards for the coaching profession and our organization.
