We partner with individuals assigned or hired into new leadership roles or organizations that have recently assigned or hired an individual into a new leadership role. We assist the new leader with accelerating their assimilation and effectiveness in the new position. The goal of the coaching is to clarify with the leader’s key constituents the most important responsibilities of the new role, the deliverables in the first few months and ways in which the new leader and his/her team are interdependent with others in the organization.
