Our coaching philosophy is based on the premise that everyone has growth potential. Down on the inside of everyone lies these “nugget of truths” that are instrumental to the personal and professional growth of an individual. As long as these “nugget of truths” are undiscovered, the personal and professional growth of an individual is often stunted.  However, if the “nugget of truths” are discovered, they often become the catalyst that can ignite the change required for a brighter, more effective future both personally and professionally.

At the Penn-Jones Group, we partner with the client to discover and cultivate these “nugget of truths”. This is accomplished through sessions, where the client identifies a goal(s) and the coach provides support in achieving the goal(s) by actively listening, asking thought provoking questioning, observing, providing feedback and through action and goal setting to help navigate the client to his/her desired future.

The sessions occur in a safe, nonjudgmental environment that is completely confidential and allows for the clients needs, values, culture and traditions to be honored and supported.
